Grimm Myths - Jesse James Excl

Here is the pencils to my "Grimm Myths & Legends" #2 variant for Zenescope Entertainment.

This one is a little special because it is and exclusive cover for a local comic shop that I frequent. The guys at Jesse James Comics, here in Phoenix, are flying in the whole Zene-crew for a signing at the end of this month and the owner, Jesse, was kind enough to ask me to do a cover to celebrate the occasion which I was more than happy to oblige.

Jesse gave me free reign on this as long as somewhere it featured his nickname "Six Shooter Jesse James".

My original intention was to have the girl topless with her arms conveniently covering her naughty bits, but considering this is for an all-ages store signing it would be in our best interest to at least give this girl some clothing. ...I'm so nice.

I really wish I had a little more time to work on this one because the lettering came out a bit sloppy and I really wanted to go ape-shit with the background and fill all the empty space with cool design patterns but my deadline simply did not allow that.
